Free Home Inspection

As a welcome to the Three Rivers Electric Family, we would like to offer you a no obligation Free Home Inspection. One of our Licensed Electricians will visit your home & inspect the following: 

• Test GFCI outlets for proper function.

• Inspect outlets: Test function and structure.

• Confirm outlets and switches have proper covers and are secure.

• Inspect home grounding system.

• Inspect service panel.

• Inspect electric meter.

• Inspect overhead service riser (if applicable).

• Inspect lighting: Confirm function and safety

• Inspection of bathroom exhaust fans to confirm function.

• Review of outlets: Confirm outlets are within 6’ of water and are properly protected.

• Review of exterior outlets: Confirm proper covers and gaskets are in place.

At the conclusion of the inspection, you will be sent any recommendations for your home. That's it! There's zero cost & zero obligation from you!
